1. What this Site is

dailercall.com is a free advertising and referral service. We are not a contractor, insurance carrier, lender, law firm, or licensed adviser of any kind, and we do not perform services ourselves. We connect consumers with independent third-party providers who pay us an advertising fee when a qualifying connection is made. That fee does not change what you pay.

2. No guarantee of results or availability

All providers reached through the Site are independent businesses. We do not employ, supervise, endorse, warrant, or guarantee any provider, their licensing or insurance status, their pricing, or the quality or outcome of any work they perform. Verifying that a provider holds the licenses and insurance required in your jurisdiction is your responsibility. Availability, response times, coverage areas, quotes, payouts, and program eligibility vary by market and are never guaranteed.

3. Calls, texts and recording

When you call a number listed on the Site or submit your phone number, you consent to be contacted about your request by one or more providers or their partners, including by automated telephone dialing system, prerecorded message or text message, at the number you provide, even if it appears on a Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality, training and compliance purposes. You may opt out at any time by telling the caller, replying STOP to a text, or contacting us through the Contact page.

4. Content, models and photography

Content on the Site is provided for general information only and is not professional, legal, financial, insurance or medical advice. All persons depicted in any photo or video on the Site are actors or models and are not providers listed on the Site. Testimonials and examples are illustrative and are not a promise of any particular result.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to submit false or another person’s information, to scrape, copy or republish its content in bulk, to interfere with its operation or security, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.
